How to register at the practice |
Registering with our Practice
We prefer to meet all our prospective patients even if they have no current medical problems. New patients are welcome to register between 8.30am & 6.30pm Monday to Friday. Patients are requested to bring in two proofs of address eg utility bill, bank statement etc (if you require internet access, one of these would need to be photo ID). Patients will then be allocated a GP. You will normally be asked to complete a registration form. This can be download in advance from HERE

Disabled/Wheelchair Access
The Practice building complies with the current regulations for wheelchair access, with consulting rooms on the ground floor. Should there be the need for a visit to the upper floor a lift is available to patients. Disabled toilets are also available for the use of patients.
Temporary Residents
If you need to see a doctor but are away from home or not registered, you can receive emergency treatment from any GP practice for 14 days. After 14 days you will need to register as a temporary or permanent patient. You will be asked to complete certain forms as a record of your visit to the doctor.
You can be registered as a temporary patient for up to three months. This will allow you to be on the local practice and still remain a patient of your permanent GP. After three months you will have to re-register as a temporary patient or permanently register with that practice.
To register as a temporary patient simply contact us. Please note GP practices do not have to accept you as a temporary patient although they do have an obligation to offer emergency treatment.
The Albion Fax machine is now being switched off.
