Patient Notice - Surgery Closure
The Surgery will be closed between
1.00pm and 3.30pm on the 23rd April
for a Practice Development afternoon.
IMPORTANT CHANGES FROM 11th March 2020
Notice to Patients
From today, in an effort to reduce the risk of spread of the coronavirus, we are making some important changes to how you can access the Albion Surgery team.
We are increasing the number of telephone and on-line consultations. If you call requesting an appointment you will be offered either a telephone or online consultation (e-Consult) instead. If you need to be seen in person the Doctor or Nurse who assesses you will arrange this.
On the Day Appointments
If you call for an appointment to be seen on the day, you will be asked to complete an online consultation – e-Consult. This will enable us to direct you to the most appropriate person on route for your needs.
Online Consultation – e-Consult
The e-Consult can be completed on line by clicking on the banner ‘consult our Doctors on line' below and by clicking get started at the bottom right of the banner
If you do not have access to the internet and need help in completing an e-Consult please contact a member of the reception team who will arrange for a member of staff to support you in completing this over the telephone.
If you have any questions please contact a member of the reception team who will be happy to answer these.
Please request your prescriptions on line or via on-line consultation (e-Consult)

We practice from purpose built, newly extended premises with full support staff servicing 14,000 Bexleyheath residents. We are a training practice for doctors who wish to work in general practice. These are fully qualified doctors who have worked in hospitals and have extensive experience.
